　　【岗位职责】：

　　1、要求人选在当地生活过，常驻国外，最好是当地国籍，能从0到1搭建公司团队，建立并实施人力资源方针和行动计划，以支持公司达到预期经营目标；

　　2、负责招聘、培训、薪酬、考核、员工关系等人力资源日常管理事宜；

　　3、协助总经理监督当地员工的绩效情况，并不断完善绩效管理体系；

　　4、协助总经理推动公司理念及企业文化的形成；

　　5、负责公司日常的行政管理工作。

　　【任职资格】：

　　1、熟悉驻地国家文化，熟练掌握当地语言和汉语，管理或相关专业本科及以上学历；

　　2、3年左右相关工作经验，有从0到1经验优先；

　　3、熟悉当地国家、地区及企业关于合同管理、薪金制度、用人机制、保险福利待遇等方面的法律法规及政策；

　　4、具有解决复杂问题的能力；很强的计划性和实施执行的能力；

　　5、很强的激励、沟通、协调、团队能力，责任心、事业心强。

　　6、常驻办公地点：国外。
